Columbia Sportswear Company, or its affiliates (including Columbia Brands USA, LLC), (as applicable, “Sorel”), warrants to the original purchaser that their Sorelfootwear (“Product(s)”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Because Sorel cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Sorel or a Sorel authorized seller, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Sorel Products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers that are required to follow Sorel’s policies, procedures, and quality control standards. Sorel reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

Once you have filled out your information and submitted your Warranty Claim Form, you will receive a warranty claim number and a sheet to print out. Simply include a copy of this sheet with your warranty claim number in the package with your Product and send to us at the address provided below. Otherwise, please call us at1-888-697-6735for issuance of a warranty claim number. A copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase may also be required.
